Training and Qualification
As a long-serving member and chair in national and international committees focused on Training and Qualification of NPP personnel, Se-grauf has broad experience and knowledge about the standards expected and implementation in organizations dealing with Nuclear Power.
The development and timely implementation of a national Training System, and related processes serving all stakeholders, is one of the key challenges of Countries embarking Nuclear Power as a whole and when implementing their first nuclear power plant (NPP).
We have supported Countries embarking on Nuclear Power with advice in the design and realization of Human Resource Development, particularly regarding an appropriate Education and Training Infrastructure and an appropriate sequence for the timely built up of Human resources. Our main focus was on the operating organizations.
